Bhajan Jamming

Where Devotion Meets Music, Participation & Connection

What happens when we put everything aside for an hour - our thoughts, our worries, our roles, our everyday lives - and simply come together in music and devotion?

That is Bhajan Jamming.

Bhajan jamming session with participants singing devotional music together

A RAGHASHWI Bhajan Jamming Session is a one-hour immersive devotional experience where I bring my guitar, my voice and a collection of devotional songs - and together, we create the experience in the moment.

This is not a performance where you sit back and watch.

You are part of it.

  • We sing together.
  • We clap.
  • We create rhythms.
  • We respond to the music.
  • We move.
  • We express.
  • We simply allow ourselves to be.

There is no right way or wrong way to participate. You don't need to be a trained singer or musician. You don't need to know every song. You simply need to come with an open heart and allow yourself to participate in whatever way feels natural.

A Journey through Music & Devotion

The session moves through a beautiful mix of music.

I sing devotional songs dedicated to different deities, familiar Bollywood songs that connect with life, emotions and relationships, along with some of my own original creations.

  • Some songs invite everyone to sing together.
  • Some bring reflection.
  • Some bring joy.
  • Some bring energy.

And sometimes, something completely unexpected happens.

  • Someone may start dancing.
  • Someone may become emotional.
  • Someone may simply close their eyes and get lost in the music.
  • Someone may sing louder than they ever thought they could.
  • And that is the beauty of Bhajan Jamming.

Nothing is planned. Nothing is forced. The experience unfolds naturally.

When we all come together

As the voices come together, so do the rhythms, claps, movements, emotions and energies of everyone in the room.

For that one hour, we leave behind the outside world and become part of something collective.

  • Different people.
  • Different stories.
  • Different emotions.
  • One space.
  • One music.
  • One intention.

To connect with the Divine.

The music becomes a bridge - between people, between emotions, and ultimately, between ourselves and the Divine power we each experience in our own way.

It's not just about the bhajans

  • It is about participation.
  • It is about expression.
  • It is about devotion.
  • It is about letting go.
  • It is about connection.
  • It is about creating inner peace.
  • It is about healing within.

And it is about experiencing what can happen when a group of people come together with open hearts and one shared intention.

  • You don't have to perform.
  • You don't have to be perfect.
  • You don't have to know what will happen.
  • Just come. Sing. Clap. Move. Feel. Be.
  • And let the music take you where it wants to
