Sound is an integral part of our everyday lives, influencing our mood, attention, perception and emotional state. Across cultures, it has long been used for relaxation, meditation, ritual and connection.
At RAGHASHWI, Sound Healing is a holistic, experiential practice that uses sound, vibration, music, voice and intentional listening to create a space for relaxation, self-awareness and wellbeing.
Through singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, drums, chimes, rattlers, vocals and other resonant instruments, each session creates an immersive sound experience designed to help you slow down, release everyday mental stimulation and reconnect with calm, presence and inner awareness.
The intention is to help you slow down, move away from everyday mental stimulation and reconnect with a greater sense of calm, presence and inner awareness.

Sound is vibration, and our experience of sound involves both the auditory system and the nervous system. Different qualities of sound - including frequency, pitch, rhythm, volume, harmonics and dynamics - influence how we perceive and respond to an auditory environment.
During a Sound Healing session, carefully produced and layered sounds can provide an anchor for attention and may encourage a state of deep relaxation and present-moment awareness.
Rhythm can provide structure, sustained tones can create a sense of continuity, while changes in intensity and periods of silence can shape the overall experience.
Within traditional and energetic approaches to Sound Healing, sound and vibration are also understood as tools for balancing energy, chakras and the subtle body. These interpretations form part of the traditional framework of the practice and are distinct from established scientific explanations.
At RAGHASHWI, we bring these perspectives together with awareness, intention, listening and responsible practice.
Individual Sound Healing Therapy is a personalised experience where sound is brought directly into the participant's space.
During the session, different singing bowls are placed around and, where appropriate, on specific areas of the body, such as the feet, hands, back and chest. The placement and selection of bowls are adapted according to the structure and intention of the session.
Additional instruments and sound techniques may be incorporated to create a complete and immersive experience.
The direct experience of the vibrations from the singing bowls, combined with intentional listening and periods of silence, allows the participant to settle into a deeply relaxed state.
Unlike a group Sound Bath, the entire session is focused on one individual, allowing the practitioner to work in a more personalised and responsive manner.
The experience may include:
An intimate sound experience designed around you.
Imagine lying comfortably, closing your eyes and allowing the outside world to slowly fade away - no conversations, no notifications, no demands. Just you, your breath and a carefully created landscape of sound.
A Sound Bath is an immersive deep-relaxation experience where you are surrounded by layers of sound and vibration created through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rainsticks, drums, rattlers, vocals and other resonant instruments.
It is called a Sound Bath because, rather than simply listening to music, you are immersed in sound - allowing different tones, textures, rhythms and vibrations to move through the space around you.
This is not a musical performance where you are expected to watch or listen for entertainment. You are invited to simply lie down, close your eyes, breathe and receive the experience.
The sound journey is carefully structured. It may begin gently, gradually build in intensity, reach a peak and then slowly soften, creating an ebb and flow of sound and silence. Like waves moving across the ocean, the sounds rise and fall, giving the mind an opportunity to settle and the body an opportunity to relax.
As the session progresses, you may find yourself becoming quieter, more inward and more aware of the present moment. Some people simply experience deep relaxation; others may experience stillness, emotions, memories or moments of reflection. There is no prescribed experience - your journey with sound is uniquely yours.
Unlike an individual Sound Healing Therapy session, a Group Sound Bath is experienced collectively. Everyone shares the same sound environment, yet each person experiences it differently according to their own state, perception and receptivity.

This is a one-to-one Sound Healing experience inspired by the traditional seven-chakra system.
Different singing bowls are placed around and, where appropriate, on specific areas of the body, creating a personalised sound experience with particular attention to the traditional chakra framework.
Chakra-specific bowl selection and sound techniques are used according to the structure of the session, with the intention of creating a balanced and harmonious sound journey.
The experience may incorporate singing bowls, vocals, mantras, musical elements, intention, guided relaxation and other sound practices.
The session is designed to support deep relaxation, self-awareness, emotional reflection and a sense of energetic balance.
Chakra-based interpretations are part of a traditional energetic framework and should not be understood as scientifically established anatomical or medical systems.
The experience may include:
A personalised sound journey through the traditional chakra system.
A Chakra Sound Bath combines the immersive nature of a Sound Bath with the traditional framework of the seven chakras.
The experience incorporates chakra-focused singing bowls along with a wider range of instruments such as drums, rainsticks, chimes, gongs, rattlers, vocals and other resonant instruments.
The sound journey is structured around the traditional chakra system, creating different sonic textures and experiences as the session progresses.
Unlike an individual Chakra Sound Healing Therapy session, the Chakra Sound Bath is conducted as a collective experience, allowing participants to relax together while experiencing the sound journey in their own individual way.
The combination of singing bowls and other instruments creates a rich, layered and immersive soundscape designed to support deep relaxation, meditation, reflection and a sense of inner balance.
The experience may include:
A collective sound journey inspired by the seven chakras.
Every individual experiences sound differently. The experience can vary depending on a person's physical and emotional state, expectations, environment and receptivity to sound.
Sound-based relaxation practices may support:
Sound Healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions. It should not replace appropriate medical or mental-health care.

No two people experience sound in exactly the same way.
You may feel deeply relaxed. You may become more aware of your breathing. You may simply enjoy the sounds and vibrations. You may experience moments of stillness and reflection.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a Sound Healing session.
At RAGHASHWI, the intention is to create a safe, respectful and thoughtfully structured environment where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and experience sound in your own way.
Pause. | Listen | Breathe | Reconnect.
